We primarily raise Lowline, or Aberdeen, Angus cattle, a smaller frame (though definitely not mini breed) that performs well on pasture. We have both
cows/calves on site as well as finishing out steers as our final meat product. Our steers take approximately 18 months on farm to reach optimal
size. During prime growing season, our cattle are fully on pasture with our steers moving to a fresh paddocks every 2-3 days. This rotation supports both high meat quality as well as allowing us to maintain high quality pastures.
We sell beef both in bulk quantities (quarter, half, whole) as well as in smaller bundles if supplies allow.
